Belgian (Hard) Trance act consisting of Frank Sels alias Franky Jones and David Brants alias Axel Stephenson. Known for their Hard Trance track "The First Rebirth" from 1993. David Brants left at the end of the nineties and Frank Sels continued this project as a solo artist. In march 2018 it was announced that Rob Fabrie alias DJ Waxweazle joined Franky Jones as his new production partner. Their first release as Jones & Stephenson was The Sixth Rebirth.
